You can register as a family or as an individual.  Create a team with your friends!  You can pay for registration and donations via PayPal, or you can mail a check to DeFo Dash c/o DAMS, 404 Yorktown Rd, De Forest, WI 53532.  If you would like a printed registration form, forms will be available in the Middle School office.
